GENERAL GUIDELINES

All appointments subject to photographer approval.

By booking a photoshoot, you acknowledge that:

1. All photos are property of E4TE Productions.

2. E4TE Productions reserves the right to use client photos advertise via social media platforms and print media. All clients will receive a print release.

Please book appointments at least two weeks prior to desired date. Last minute booking is subject to availability, and additional fees will apply.

All clients MUST book a consultation with their shoot. I want us to get on the same page and establish your vision for the shoot.

You’re welcome to bring pose ideas or inspiration to your session. I’ll also provide posing direction throughout your shoot to help create images that fit your style and personality.

Assure all outfits fit before shoot date. Student-athletes who are doing senior portrait sessions should secure their respective sport uniforms in advance.

Clients under the age of 18 MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian during their shoot.

Guests are welcome to attend shoots. I want my clients to feel comfortable and confident! Guests can help create that type of atmosphere for clients.

The client is expected to provide all props.

Studio booking is available, but subject to studio owner approval. Additional fees will apply.

I recommend arriving hair and make-up ready; however, stylists and make-up artists are welcome during shoots.

Relax and have fun! Serving as your photographer is not a responsibility I take lightly. You can rest assured that I’ll go above and beyond to create images you’ll cherish for the rest of your life.

PAYMENTS

At the time of booking, a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required to secure your date and time. This deposit is paid using this website when booking your appointment. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is paid by client. All deposits are final and will be applied to your final invoice.

All shoots must be paid in full immediately following your shoot via cash, check, CashApp, Apple Pay, PayPal, or Zelle.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

If a client is needing to cancel and/or reschedule their photoshoot, the client may do so up to 72 hours (3 days) before their scheduled appointment. Shoots that are cancelled less than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment will require the client to book a new appointment and pay a new deposit. 

If you’re needing to reschedule due for emergencies only, deposits will be held for 30 days after the original appointment date. Once the date has expired, a new deposit will be required.

LATE POLICY

Your booking has a 15 minute grace period from the time you booked. After the grace period, there will be a $25 late fee added to the final charges.  Late arrivals result in shorter sessions. If the client has not shown up after 30 minutes, their session is AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED.

LAST-MINUTE BOOKING

Sometimes, you need a photographer ASAP. I understand this, and, when my schedule allows, I am available for last minute bookings. Please be advised that additional fees will apply.

TRAVEL/MILEAGE FEES

I serve all of the Dallas Fort-Worth area. However, bookings outside of a 50-mile radius will incur an additional mileage fee of $0.70 per mile. Occasionally, I will be available for select bookings in Central Arkansas. Those bookings will not incur a mileage fee. 

Bookings that require travel outside of the DFW area will incur travel and accommodation fees, which will be discussed with the client during the consultation.

TURNAROUND TIME

The standard turnaround time is 10 days, which excludes weekends and major holidays. Clients will receive email proofs no later than 24 hours after their shoot. The turnaround period BEGINS after:

1. The edits are selected via the Lightroom link provided to the client.

2. I am notified via text message or email.
